Pittsburgh, PA – Pitt Birds Annual Picnic at the Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix July 18-19 weekend , an open invitation to owners of Thunderbirds to show their cars on the Schenley Park golf course Fairways. The picnic and Thunderbird display is part of a car show comprised of 2,000 cars including classic, antique, and exotic vehicles from all countries. This festive event is part of the Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix VSCCA sanctioned race. This race is the nation's only vintage race held on city streets. The 2.33 mile circuit runs through the Schenley Park golf course. The 175 race car participants conduct time trials on Saturday and race in seven classes on Sunday.
