Kingsport, TN - Falcoln Club of America National Meet at the Meadowview Marriott Conference Resort & Convention Center 1901 Meadowview Pkwy zip: 37660

Friday event details will be added as they are finalized. Expect a daytime activity and an early evening cruise-in. Many folks come in on Thursday to be prepared for Friday activities and meetings. Our special Fairlane Club of America rate at MeadowView will be available between June 21-30 so you will have time to explore the area.

For hotel reservations at the MeadowView Marriott Conference Resort and Convention Center call 888-632-3697 and ask for the Fairlane Club of America rate ($104+tax, 1-4 persons per room). Or use this link: Book your group rate: Fairlane Club >> Reserve before June 2; rate available while room supply lasts.

Saturday--Show day all day! All Saturday activities will take place at the hotel. Showfield opens 8:00 am. Plan to have your car parked with its class as soon as possible and until 4 pm. Photographing of cars begins early. Lunch will be available for purchase at the showfield.

Pre-Registration is encouraged. Watch for details in January-February issue of Fairlaner magazine. Registration will also be available onsite Friday and Saturday morning, but please do pre-register if possible to help us with planning space for show vehicles and trailers. Current membership is a requirement to register a vehicle for the show.

Most cars enter "Year Group" classes which are Participant-Voted classes. Each registered member receives a ballot to vote in these 24+ classes. Approximately 10% of cars qualify and choose to enter a Judged class, either Unrestored Original (divided into year groups) or Concours (also divided). These cars will be judged against a standard by teams of knowledgeable members. Members interested in being part of a judging team, or with questions concerning qualifying for a judged class may contact the Senior Chief Judge.

In the Convention Center: The FCA Club Store will be open during the Meet where you may purchase your National show shirt as well as many other club related items. Our Hot Wheels® Mini-Drags, for kids aged 14 and under, takes place here on Saturday afternoon. Bring your favorite car for the race! This is where our kids' will also make their Penny Guess, and also where our National Grocery Guess items are dropped off. (Members bring non-perishable items produced in their local areas from across the country and around the world for our Grocery Basket. The person guessing most closely the total price of the items displayed takes all the wonderful goodies home!)

Lastly, our Awards Presentation will take place Saturday evening in the Convention Center. This is a fun time of congratulating our fellow members and enjoying the friendships that have been renewed at our show. Following the program, the fun usually rolls out onto the parking lot, which looks like a 1960-70's Ford Dealer's lot under the big lights. Folks gather in lawn chairs to enjoy the cars and the company--til next year in a different location.
